Information we collect

When you request service, we may collect your business and contact information, address, legal land description, and PDF field maps that you choose to upload.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your aerial-application request, identify fields, communicate with you, schedule work, maintain business records, and protect the security of the website.

How information is shared

We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or business, or when required by law.

SMS messaging privacy

Customers may voluntarily choose to receive transactional text messages from Reimche Airspray LLC. These messages may concern aerial-application requests, scheduling, job acceptance, job start, job completion, selected nearby fungicide or insecticide activity, and invoice availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies even when other customer information may otherwise be shared as described in this policy. We may disclose information to service providers only as necessary to deliver the text messaging service requested by the customer, or when required by law.

Customers opt in by entering a mobile number and selecting a separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the Reimche Airspray portal registration or notification-settings form. Choosing email updates or submitting a service request does not provide SMS consent.

Field maps

Uploaded field maps are stored outside normal public browsing and are available only through the protected administrative area. Please submit only the information needed for your service request.

Retention and security

We retain records as reasonably needed for customer service, scheduling, legal, accounting and operational purposes. No online system is completely risk-free, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information.

Your choices

You may request a correction or ask about information you submitted by contacting Reimche Airspray. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by changing your portal notification settings.
